My manager is looking to reduce the number of tools he has to use to see everyone's scope of work. He's wondering if anyone has used Zoho Projects to track individual performance goals?

I set up a 2024 Goals project with each person as a Milestone, and their Goals as Task Lists & Tasks. It's okay, but still kind of clunky. 

How are other people tracking project task completion as part of performance reviews?
