i deleted the all the contacts on the zoho after the first outlook sync, since many of those were private contact. i read some the tutorial and wanted to upload back those contacts under the categories i choose. but deletion i took on crm zoho was memorize it, and the tool tried to let me also delete all those deleted contacts on outlook.

i tried to re-install outlook plug-in so i can have a fresh sync, i also downloaded and run the Zoho CRM Outlook_cleanup.exe, (the software couldnt let me clean up the install entries for some reason), but everytime after i reinstall, the sync tool seems still remembers the the previous settings and actions we did.

any solutions?
