APAC Online Workshops - Actionable Insights On Customer Support Performance
We've planned a series of free
online workshops for our APAC customers. These workshops will be presented by experts from various Zoho applications, and are designed to help you learn the prominent, must-know features of those applications.
Our next workshop will be a quick introduction to Zoho Desk and Zoho Analytics. We will give you a brief overview of the integration between the two, with some hands-on training using real-time data. Also, our experts will be available to answer any questions you may have on the subject.
