API and GetRecords

Hello,

We currently use the API with GetRecords method to obtain data in the leads.

My question is: Is it possible to do the same thing but with the tab "Activities" or "Reports" with a url like this https: / / crm.zoho.com / crm / public / xml / Reports / GetRecord? apikey =****?
