API Call for getting ZOHO Timesheet

I would like to get the Zoho Timesheet for a user using a AJAX call..

I have used the required API key and ticket. When I try to do a ajax call from my application (Lotus Notes &Domino ) am getting an "Access Denied" error.

May I know what is the problem for it?
