Is it possible to fetch report data from Zoho CRM using the CRM API?

We have very similar requirements to those outlined here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-crm-api-getting-all-report-names-with-the-corresponding-report-folder-name

Is there any other way to achieve the same thing e.g. through the Reports API? Is this on your roadmap?
