API linit reached (250???). Scared to lose data, i am in stand-by, need urgent answer

Here is the message i received this morning by mail.

I am using Zoho and LEad Forensics (with the module to import Leads directly from Lead Forensics.


1. When i go the my page 'API Usage Statistics' all the indicators are showing that the limit per day is 1000. Where does this 250 limit comes from.

2. This getSearchRecords API is not in the list of API in your Developper part. What is the role of this API then?

3. in the report (image below). i notice that the number 416 is increasing when i use ZOHO and LEAD FORENSICS, so i assume that 416 means 'the number of time the API has be called during the day' . Can someone explain to me than why the 'Search Records is at 0'. If it is the case why is the mail i received mentions that i passed the 250 limit?


4. The message received by mail mention that if i continue, i might lose data. SO I AM in Stand-By, and can't work. I don't to take any risks.

I need a quick answer. 

The mail i sent to support@zohocrm.com 2 hours ago, hasn't be responded.
