Hi, I'm using Zoho Free Social Edition. When I schedule posts, the alerts arrive on my Android phone at the designated times. However, a couple of times now, when I've tried to open the alerts I've experienced failures. The first time, I got a prompt saying something like, "Sorry, Zoho has stopped working." Just now I got three alerts, and everytime I tried to open one, the Zoho app opened, but did not bring up the next screen that says, "Open Instagram." I just got an arrow going round and round, and Instagram never opened (even though my Instagram app works fine on its own.) The problem is, in both cases, the alerts disappeared completely, I was not able to find them, so I had to go back to the Zoho website dashboard and "Post Now."
First of all, are these known "scheduler" issues? Second, and most importantly, is there a way I can locate the "post" alerts once they disappear? I don't want to pay for the professional version if the schedule does not work reliably.
