Append data to existing lead from Gravity Forms

Hi,

We have multiple forms on a clients website and want to know if it's possible to append the data submitted from a form to what's already in the Lead.

We are currently using Gravity Forms and their Zoho CRM add-on.

They have the following forms:
Itinerary Download - This is a download gate form and needs to be filled out to download a PDF document. (this is the most filled out form).
Booking Enquiry - This form is also on the same page as the Itinerary Download form and is specific to the page it's on (dynamically populated page name field in the form).
Contact Form - General enquiry form on the contact page.
When the Itinerary Download form is completed it will send First Name, Last Name, and Itinerary Name to the CRM. Is it possible that when this happens on the different Itinerary pages it will not overwrite the existing Itinerary Name data but append it? Or even add the different Itinerary Name as a Multi Select option?
