Appending Notes to Potentials and others

I was wondering if it would be possible to adjust the display of information on, at least, the potentials page - beyond the field information that we are already able to manipulate.

I am specifically thinking about the "Notes" field that can be updated. After a user inputs the basic customer data this will likely be the most common input method going forward. I think it would be much more useful to bump the "Notes" section up to being the first thing after the fields we can manipulate (or make it possible to either hide or move these fields ourselves) and just as importantly make entering a note much more akin to posting to a blog - don't force open an extra screen and all that...just have a field that we can enter info in, hit save, and then see the data time stamped.
