I use SalesIQ and CRM.

When setting up email templates within CRM I'm forever copying & pasting variables to append to URL links. so I can track the user when they come back to my website.

It would be great if we had to option to "Append Details" automatically by checking a box. 

A lot of people would not be familiar with code or what variables to append, this would make it a lot easier.
