Apple Mail suddenly not working with Zoho IMAP

As of yesterday, I've been unable to access either the incoming our outgoing IMAP servers on Zoho via Mail on both iOS and macOS.  I get an authentication error, though I have no trouble when I use the same password to check mail via Zoho's web interface.  

I did notice in the docs that the incoming server name seems to no longer be imap.zoho.com, but is now imappro.zoho.com, but changing this didn't make the problem go away, and of course it'd wouldn't explain the outgoing email problems.  

(The Mail app's account settings views seem also to have changed since I last looked at them, and since Zoho's docs were written, so I don't know where to verify the port number.)

Can somebody walk me through getting mail to work again on my MacBook Pro and iPhone?
