Apple Mail Unable to verify ZOHO account/password

I have worked for hours to get my new MacBook Pro to acknowledge my ZOHO mail account.  I have set up the IMAP in ZOHO setting and worked through the step by step process as described on the ZOHO site.  Below is a sequence of the dialogue boxes I am receiving.  ANY HELP APPRECIATED.  This has been going on for a week now...

1.  I SELECT ADD OTHER ACCOUNT



2.  I SELCT @ MAIL ACCOUNT



3.  I FILL IN APPROPRIATE INFORMATION



4.  I RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE....
