Application copy

Hi..

How do i copy shared application from one account to another account for which the application is shared to it ?

account-1
apps-1

apps-1 is shared account-2. After loged in to account-2 i saw the apps-1 but how do i make that apps own by account-2 and make it to private to account-2.
