Application layout rendering issues in Zoho Creator

Application layout rendering issues in Zoho Creator

One of my clients is facing issues in rendering of the layout for a Zoho Creator application, with the views getting nested somehow on his browser. I have given below the screen-capture of the application screens below.

On iPhone :



Personally from my account and from another, I do not face issues when testing the app from wide-screen devices.

Kindly let me know why this might happen when my client accesses the app and how to avoid it.
