Application updating/refresh issue

Application updating/refresh issue

We've just rolled out to our sales team of 5 who are now using the iPhone/Android apps.  It seems that the phone app isn't able to receive/display certain notes, events, calls etc. 
Logged in as Super Admin, I can see (what appears to be) all details but using my same log-in details on the Android app, the same information is not visible.
Any clues?
