Apply conditional formatting to a row

I would like to apply conditional formatting to a row.  This can be really helpful for project based sheets where each row might be associated with a task/to-do.  When the task is complete, a cell within the row is Checked/True, or updated to 100% or Complete etc. 

When the progress cell within the row is updated, I'd like conditional formatting applied to all items within the row, to strike a line through everything and grey the colour of all text/items in the row. 

I've previously used Smart Sheets to do this and it worked brilliantly!  This helps to make the rows/tasks that are still live more visible.

Can the developers look to add this feature to conditional formatting please?
