When a queue message is updated while callers are already waiting, those callers continue hearing the old message until they disconnect and reconnect. Only new callers hear the updated message.

A real-world example: if there is an outage or emergency and we need to immediately inform all waiting callers, there is currently no way to do so. Callers already in the queue will keep waiting indefinitely, unaware of any new information.

Feature request: When a queue message is updated, it should take effect for all callers currently waiting in the queue — not only for new callers joining after the change.
