I am interested in using the Pricebooks section as you can apply discount rules to products.
The problem is that you can only apply rules based on quantity of order and not to specific customers.
I have customers that get a certain discount on products no matter how much they order. Is it possible to group these customers so that everytime they get a quote, the discount will be reflected for them?
