Appointment setting

Am I missing something but is there a way for an email to automatically go out to my lead/contact when I schedule an appointment with them. I like being able to use this feature in Outlook as a way to confirm the lead/appointment has scheduled my meeting. It would also be great if that email that went out the lead/contact could click to accept and it would automatically load into their outlook calendar and then possibly have an ad on the bottom inviting them to sign up for zoho.
