Background: We are a property management company that rents apartments.
I need a date field to only show availability for Today(if a week day) and the Next 9 Weekdays or if today is a weekend end day, then this date field would show the next available 10 weekdays.
I would also need our available apartments populate into check box fields for apartments to view. We would keep our list stored in a google spreadsheet (possibly zoho spreadsheet if required). The Time of the showing, # of Bedrooms, would also be apart of this Available Apartment information, something like [time to view] --[Apt Address]--[#BR] .
We need auto responders to confirm the appointment submission, and the capability for this person to update their appointment, i.e. cancel, change date to view, etc... and then another auto responder confirming that. We would like the capability to mass email the appointments for the day to confirm that their time and day of showing. If I update their record to cancel (if they called us and cancelled) I again would want an auto responder to email then based on the logic that it was cancelled.
Also, we need an easy way to view the report of showings for the day, automatically created each day... please see this link as an example of the results of the link form above automatically being published via google spreadsheet (I had to do a lot of automatic formatting to have this report generated....very hard for me..but maybe easy for you:) ).
