Appointments and sheduling
I thinks that many people would agree that making appointments within the CRM module is pretty horrible. With multiple engineers on the road it is a night mare. If you use seperate accounts for them then you can not on a mobile device look at all appointments for the day.
Also finding the next available appointment by location does not seem possible.In fact the location field is next to useless as it cannot grab info from the connected contact.
I appreciate zoho might not get the service engineer business etc so I would b happy to look at a product that tied in.
Wish list
1. Colour code - PLEASE
2. Proper visible location front and center on diary view.
3. Search facility with maps?
Now I no the response will be map is available in mobile app. Yes it is but it is a bit rubbish and the lady in the office uses a computer. The next one will be use seperate accounts rather than colour coding. I think that we have covered the reasons in multiple listing why that is not the solution.
The answer- get zoho to make a proper module that ties customer date base and appotment taking to gather in a grown up way and not the rubbish calendar app.
