Approve Leads process clumsey
We have had a large number of leads come into Zoho CRM using the Web-to-Lead form. When we go into Setup/Lead Settings/Approve Leads we have to click each name to review all information and confirm that the leads really looks good.
Problem 1) As soon as you click the Lead Name you are taken to the Lead Details page, but you are now in the Leads module. There is no "Cancel" button or any other way to get back to the list of leads waiting for approval.
Problem 2) Since you are now looking at this "unapproved" lead on the Leads Detail page you are given the option to add notes, activities, etc. to the unapproved lead, which should not be allowed.
Problem 3) After editing an "unapproved" lead and Saving the changes I'm left in the Leads module with no way back to the Approve Leads page. I've told people to make a bookmark on the Approve Leads page for now so they can get back easily.
Everything works, but this workflow needs some improvement. This is going to be very annoying to anyone that gets a lot of new leads from their web site every day.
