Approved Changes Summary Report

We want to use ZOHO to manage our account ranking process and replace a legacy, home-grown PHP-based product. I was able to create the Approval Process for the rank change and that works. What I need is a report that summarizes the accounts and new ranks for the approved requests for additional downstream processing into our other legacy systems. I understand that I can see a history by account owner, but that doesn't appear to be downloadable.

Any suggestions?
