Apps & add-ons not visible

Apps & add-ons not visible

I am new to Zoho CRM but for it to be useful I need the Outlook app.

In the instructions Zoho says
  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.

However, even though I am the administrator this link is not visible.

What am I doing wrong?
