If I lose a deal, I expect to be able to archive it in some way so it does not continue to show up in Potentials. Or there should be a filter for "lost deals". I often circle back to deals we have lost a few month or up to a year later.
In order to not see it in the potentials list, the only thing I can do is delete it, which makes no sense at all.
This is pretty basic functionality and the lack of a solution here makes the product far less usable.
