Archive Policy - Do not archive
When emails are archived in Zoho Mail, they are no longer accessible with IMAP.
So probably most users should not use this function when they also use an IMAP client.
Per default all emails older than 3 months and unread emails are archived automatically.
It is not possible to disable this automatic archive policy completely.
It is only possible to add folders to the "Do not Archive" policy.
But when new folders are created, they must be manually added to the "Do not Archive" policy.
If you forget this, the emails will automatically disappear in IMAP clients after some time.
From my point of view there should be a way to disable the Archive functionality completely unless you provide access with IMAP protocol.
