Dear Team,
I have been an avid G Suite user.. And quite like their simple straight-forward Archiving functionality. No matter whether you mark an email as an archive in their web version (mail.google.com) or via any Desktop email client (Outlook), the emails are under Archives folder / label.
Now, with Zoho Mail, I found a strange thing:
- [using zohomail.com] An email which is in inbox, if you mark that email "Archive" via the icon, it's not available under "Archived" filter under Inbox. It's not available under the primary Archived folder.
- [using a desktop client like Outlook] An email which is in inbox, if you mark this email as "Archive" it goes under primary "Archived" folder and not under the "Archived" filter under Inbox.
This is highly confusing. Please help.
