We are using Zoho CRM and trying to figure out how to hide or archive posts on the Feed that have been 'processed'--  meaning-- one person posts a message on a matter saying two other users need to do A and then B--- those two user reply back and ask a question, which gets anwered, all inside the post (great-this is how it should work).  Then user A and B complete the item ad that 'Post' or converstaion' is over.....but all that text and messaging stays visable(?)   Am I missing some obvious feature such as hide or archive or some way to drag and hide posts out of the way once they are 'processed' by the team.    Maybe we really need a more robust communicatoin system like Cliq or Connect but i tried those also and they don't seem to obviousy allow for this(?)
