I have a question in regards the encryption when using the Zoho e-mail add-on.
I have my company e-mail account registered with a third party provider, which I then access in your CRM. It works wonderfully, I am just wondering if the mails I send from within ZOHO are encrypted or not. When configurating this account in ZOHO, there is the option to activate SSL.
- Is it enough to just set the flag to activate it or will I need to have an SSL activated also with the third party provider?
- Also, what kind of encryption is it and is there an additional cost using it?
