Are service interruptions frequent?
Hi All, I just signed up for zoho mail today and must say that my first impression is pretty bad. Like many other users, I have had an issue all day of incoming mail being delayed by several hours. My question is to those of you who have been using zoho for a while now. Are these kinds of service interruptions and issues commonplace? I'm also getting the feeling that customer service is not exactly exemplary. Any thoughts you might have are appreciated. My hope is that this is all simply bad timing for a first impression, but I'm already seriously considering bailing and going with a different service. Thanks.
