Within Zoho documentation and our own CRM account, I feel like the terms "Tasks" and "Activities" are used interchangeably for that Module. So I am confused: Are the Tasks & Activities Modules the same? If not, what is the difference?
- In the chart at the top of this page, "Activities" is used. But in the Table of Contents and Body, "Tasks" is used.
- In the top of our account, "Activities" is used as the Tab Title. But "+ Task" is used on the button.
- In our "Customization > Modules and Fields" section, I am not able to edit "Activities," but I am able to edit "Tasks."
- When I click "Organize Modules" in our account, only "Activities" is available.
