I have just finished watching your "Blueprints in Zoho Projects" video. I'm curious if you are going to introduce the "On Hold" type statuses into Projects. This feature was recently included into the Desk ticket status types back a few months ago. An "On Hold" type of status should stop a timer on the task (or at least create a second type of reporting time) and create an additional report where the timer is calculated based on the task type.

On Desk an "On Hold" type status means that the timer has to stop for the agent and calculate the time for the counter party (either it is the customer or another department in the company). The same goes for a Projects task where an "On Hold" type status means that the task is being handled by an external party at the moment.
