Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed a frustrating inconsistency in Zoho CRM regarding the Arial 10 point font. When composing new emails or replying, the font looks completely different compared to what I see in (some, not all) templates. This discrepancy is baffling, and it’s impacting the professionalism of my communications.
Is there a specific reason for this difference? Additionally, is there any way to default to the template version of the Arial font for all email communications?
