With the data migration, another question arises that cannot be fully answered even by trial and error.

As "usual" in some places in Zoho, there are several ways to depict the same thing. But what is the most optimal way?

1. Article group in Books
With this option, the article group must be given a unit, it is also not displayed anywhere in the article selection. If you delete a group and do not pay attention to it, all articles in the group are quickly deleted.
 
2. Category in article
First activate the field, then available. This is also not used when selecting items.
 
3. Report tags (article group, category, product group)
This form can be used in the reports to group sales by item group.

When you have checked everything, what does what how, then the import comes. With the first import, the question arises what the result looks like in CRM. There you can see that the “product category” is the “product type”. The field in CRM cannot be changed. So do you create a new field “product group” in CRM?

That one cannot agree on a uniform language regulation and, above all, field assignment at Zoho. Even if you switch on the English language again, it does not resolve itself.
The documentation does not provide any resolution either. The only thing that helps is someone who has already tried the scenarios.
