Arum,
You offer no support to a business owner with very little tech background. No step by step instruction on the call. Instead you passed the buck. This is the US, customer service is needed to retain your customer.
You said that I was not a paying customer. However, I did pay $96 for the hosting. I believe you think that I used the free service and that this free service didn't warrant your time.
I demand full refund. It's ridiculous that you are charging for services that you do not want to help set up. That in itself is illegal. As I have paid and you have not in turn given me the mail product that I paid for.
Know that if I do not receive my refund in the next 24 hours, I will contact BBB and will see what other options I have.
