As Admin, why do I get "access denied" to reports? I check all permissions and I should have full access

This the compete error message,,,,, I'm using CRM Plus

Permission Denied

Sorry! You cannot view this report because you do not have the permission to access one or more module that are part of this report.

To view the report, please provide permission to access those modules in Profiles and Organize Tabs settings.


Also, when I first signed up, I was able to access a live "chat" for help under the "help" tab. Now that option has disappeared.
