I am getting AS101 error when trying to add email aliases on my Zoho Mail account.

Domain: getskinstory.com

Admin email: support@getskinstory.com

Plan: Free

What happened: I created 4 users while learning the platform and then deleted them all. Now alias creation is blocked with AS101 error every time I try.

I am a legitimate business (Skin Story - skin analysis app). I simply want to add aliases like billing@getskinstory.com to my main mailbox.

I already emailed support-as@zohocorp.com 8 hours ago with no response.

Please fix alias creation from the backend. Thank you.
