ASAP API - Configure To Open in Add Ticket Tab

Hello,

I am integrating Zoho Desk into our web based application and have successfully included the ASAP Web Add On to our application.

I would like to know how do I configure it so that when I click on ASAP icon it opens to the Tickets tab?
