When we send an email from Zoho CRM, we need Ask Receipt to default to yes. The request has been made for an enhancement, and Zoho basically says it isn't going to happen.
I'm wondering if it's possible to write a custom function to enable this functionality and, if so, if anyone has done it - or would be willing to do it?
