Draft sharing - Get a peer review of the important email that you are drafting, by inviting collaborators to your draft. Your team member can comment on it to share their changes and help you convey the right things via email.

Folder sharing - Share an entire folder of emails with your colleague or team mate or a newbie to help them onboard - remotely

Streams messages - Share your thoughts/ work items/ ideas with the entire team. Your team can comment on your posts to enhance the original idea proposed or simply like it as a mark of acceptance.

Group Tasks - Post the pending tasks to the group and allow them to pick up their own tasks or add sub tasks to it. You can also assign specific tasks to the team members.

Group Calendar - Create a common calendar for your entire team to know their schedule, set up meetings and so on.

Group Notes - Share notes with the entire team and allow members to collaborate on it. You can update the notes and the collaborators will be notified when you modify them.

Group Bookmarks - Add the common links for your team as Group bookmarks. These can be design references or some data that matters to the entire team.
