Every administrator who switches the email finds email migration from the previous service, as one of the biggest challenges. Zoho Mail provides powerful tools to manage the migration of emails from existing providers to Zoho Mail. The various options available for the migration of email data are: 
  • Migration from Exchange Server
  • Migration using IMAP Migration tool (from any IMAP supported service GSuite/ Outlook.com/ Rackspace etc. )
  • Migration using Outlook migration wizard (PST file migration)
  • EML Migration tool (Migrating emails from the raw EML format)
  • Migration via POP (Migration from any POP email server) 
The entire migration process is monitored and the live reports are made available to the administrator. The reports include the number of emails migrated, failures, if any, along with reason, error details, size of emails migrated under each account and so on.
