As the admin of an account, you need to ensure that every user has access to the correct information. You're also responsible for defining user roles, assigning profiles, and adding users to team groups. In addition to basic user management and data sharing, Zoho CRM's user management offers advanced functions that include

  • Roles and reporting hierarchy

  • Data sharing rules, record-level sharing, and territory management 

 

Record-level sharing and custom fields help you edit, delete, hide, and share specific records. You can also set your hierarchy preferences, transfer users when their roles change, and delete or modify a hierarchy.
