Zoho CRM has had quite a few product updates in event management as listed below. We're sure you'll have a few questions in the area and are opening the floor to Calendar, Task and Event management in Zoho CRM for r this month's Ask the Experts session. We'd also like to highlight these recent related feature enhancements: 

  • Calender bookings using Zoho CRM - Zoho CRM now allows you to share meeting booking links with your users/customer for pre-defined time slots that work for you. 

  • Creating recurring tasks and setting up reminders are now enhanced - The new enhancement allows you to create repetitive tasks - if you want to follow up with a high-priority deal several times in a fortnight, you can set several follow-up tasks until the deal is won. 

  • Zoho Backstage integration with CRM - Zoho Backstage Extension is now available in Marketplace. The integration allows you to create and manage your own events from within CRM, brings in a lot of valuable data for your sales team and, more.
