Last month, Zoho CRM delivered a mammoth release of 16 brand-new features. These span across developing customer insight, experience, intelligence and foundation in Zoho CRM. To help our users implement and understand the functionality of these new features, we've scheduled live Q&A sessions on this forum. 

The first session will be held on 9th July, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM EDT | 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM BST and cover features falling under categories of Experience and Foundation in Zoho CRM. 

Our panel of experts hail from the CRM development and management team and have seen these features built from scratch. So feel free to ask absolutely any questions around the features listed below 

Experience

CommandCenter - It lets you build an online replica of your business process across multiple modules. This lets you manage actions across all departments of your organization, and with detailed reports, helps you improve customer experience at every stage.

Foundation

Wizards - Wizards help you to break down a complex record creation into a sequence of simple contextual data entry forms to help Sales Reps capture the information efficiently.

Multiple Sales Pipelines - Defines your processes as pipelines to manage sales on various product lines, geography, industry or other attributes. This lets you identify which deals you need to act on at any particular time. 

Review Processes - Lets you verify and analyze customer data that enters your CRM. Ensures accuracy and credibility of your CRM data. 

Calls and Email Workflows - Automates several activities based on incoming and outgoing emails. Start triggering workflows based on all calls and emails, and customize actions based on various parameters

Workflow suggestion and reports - Zia's workflow suggestions ensure you don't have to repeatedly perform mundane tasks that can otherwise be automated. Workflow reports offers you a slice & dice reports on effectiveness of your workflows with performance breakdowns of each action in the process.
