I have recently started using Zoho CRM Professional Edition and love it!
I have imported/added around 250 contacts and am confident the number will double in the next year or so. I have used another CRM many years back which had a process that enabled me to maintain the quality of the contact information in the CRM by triggering an email to a select range of contacts showing then the contact information I had in the CRM against their name (email address) and asking them to check and confirm the details are correct or submit changes to update their contact details in my CRM.
Does Zoho CRM have similar functionality to check and maintain contact information?
