I have started to use Zoho CRM Professional Edition for my own home based business and Love it!
I have loaded around 300 contacts (customers) so far and am sure the number will double in the next year.
I would appreciate some suggestions/tips on how people keep contact information current in Zoho CRM?
I have used another CRM many years ago (in another job) which enabled me to periodically send an email to the contacts in the CRM showing the contacts details that we had stored for them in the CRM. The contact was able to click on a button to confirm that their contact details were up-to-date or submit updated contact details. Does Zoho CRM.have similar functionality?
