Assessment of a year of use zoho crm

This will soon be 1 year that I use and test ZOHO CRM. My company asked me to choose a CRM and a year before the test to see if you keep it or if they change service provider. We are 150 employees and what CRM can suit everyone if I select it.


I appreciate ZOHO and the staff of the forum because they are very responsive and precise.


What is missing from ZOHO:


1) You can not create good delivery
2) You can insert an image width of A4 in a quote, a banner at the top for example.
3) When you create a product with a rate X, and whether you sell this product to a customer with a rate A, and another client with a B fare, and although we are forced to create two products. Because if you change the price of the product, it applies throughout the old estimate. Except us, we have products that sell at different prices from one customer to another.
4) When I do a quote, I insert a product costs of A, and in the right column I list the price I want to sell. Concern, the paper quotes one read rate 1.50 euros, but as I put in the grid right a different price, it does not display it. So I have a column "product" price "adjustment" and "total" right, but the adjustment column is blank instead of displaying the actual price.
5) Nobody here has understood the CALL function. Obviously you click a button and a timer counts the time spent on the phone with a customer. What's the point of this? You can not use it to call directly through the internet though?


6) Is it possible to have templates for quotes, purchase orders, invoices, emails with picture?
