I can see this topic has been bumping about for over 10 years and unfortunately Zoho hasn't seen the need (or use case) in CRM to be able to assign an account to a price book to automate quoting (amongst other things).  Strange given they DO assign price lists to Customers in Zoho Books/Inventory (so one team thinks it's a good idea, the other not).  

Zoho please reconsider this, there has been plenty of community support over the years and it's being ignored (well.. it got a "Maybe Later 9 years ago").  It's nice have new shiny dashboards... but functionality is what wins the CRM battle.  Manually choosing a price list every time I do a quotation is dangerous -- pick the wrong price list by accident and you end up issuing the wrong price to a customer.  

It's really time to reconsider this function Zoho team.
