Assign/Route Emails not working

Hi, 

Maybe someone can assist me in understanding Routing/Assigning criteria. 

I have created a filter in my gmail account to automatically forward emails from certain addresses to our Zoho CRM, however when I create routing/assign automation in Zoho, it does not do what I am trying to accomplish. 

When the email from my gmail account are forwarded, I want them to automatically be assigned to me, as there are many other agents who use our Zoho CRM. Essentially I just want to to look at the "To Address" field, and if the forwarded email is addressed to me, it automatically assigns that email to me within Zoho. 
But it's not working ^^^ 

 Anyone know how I can achieve my desired result?
